Really enjoyed making the lamp base and loads of clay left over too. The tools and brushes provided are good quality. The varnish provided give it a really nice finish.

This is a must buy. High quality bulb and cords and really fun to make with the clay included. My 15 yo, 10 yo and 5 yo worked on this together and all had a great time!

Frequently Asked Questions
Because it’s a special air-drying clay, it contains tiny fibres that help it harden naturally - no kiln needed.
Simply leave your creations to dry completely, then add a coat of Sculpd varnish for water resistance and a ceramic-like finish.
Shipping times depend on the delivery option you choose at checkout.
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–3 days for most contiguous US states.
- Need it sooner? Choose Express 2 Day or Express 3 Day to guarantee faster delivery.
Yes, the clay will start to harden if left out for too long. It air-dries naturally within 24–48 hours, depending on the thickness of your piece.
To keep it workable, store any unused clay back in the resealable bag. And remember, no ovens or heat sources, rushing the process can cause cracks!
No problem - just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the returns process.

Absolutely. If you can sculpt a vase, you can build this lamp. Just a few extra steps - like cutting holes for the bulb fitting, and you’re on your way. No wiring skills needed. Great for curious beginners, confident crafters, and seasoned sculptors alike.

We didn’t have a great surface to work on, and that made things a little frustrating. But completing our project was so satisfying and the overall process was super fun :)
